Stayed in a spacious 2-br with my husband and 3 kids. Convenient for our medical checks, close to the room. Had everything we needed - separate living room, kitchen, washing machine. Scheduled shuttle service to KLCC and Pavilion, although it was full.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

My apartment was excellent next to shopping mall, tourist attraction, transport and food truck and city centre and LRT train station. Its location was good and fab, 1 mile from Kl Live Concert Hall. Enjoyed views of KL skyline.

The value for money at Somerset was fantastic, with a new and comfortable modern apartment that had everything we needed. The location was great, within walking distance to a shopping mall and only a 15-minute stroll to the iconic Petronas towers. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when it came to assisting us with our lost luggage and communicating with the airport. The highlight was definitely the rooftop swimming pool with its stunning view. Plus, having a bathtub in such a relaxing spot was an added bonus.
While the breakfast had a good variety of items, it could have been improved with some additional options.

Brand-new and huge room, excellent experience!
Overall - an excellent apartment near to embassies and public transport. I loved the room with perfect view and kitchen and a TV. Had a nice coffee at Bean Brothers, located 10 minutes walk away.
